Liam Lavery
Owner
Liam has over 30 years of experience in the elderly care industry, with 20 of those years being in the management of caring environments. With qualifications in Dementia Studies and Residential Care Management, Liam is dedicated to providing outstanding care for the elderly using the person centred care approach.
Peter Graham
Owner
Mr. Graham is a Construction Manager with nearly 40 years’ experience in the Construction and property sector. He is predominantly responsible for the maintenance and up keep of the Bardan Cottage Centres, promoting the best practices in design for dementia.
Louise Harte
Registered Manager
Louise has been working in the caring environment for over 30 years. She has been manager of residential units and now day care for over 20 years. Louise takes great pride in her job and ensures clients needs are met in a caring, relaxed atmosphere, taking a very open and honest approach to clients and their families.
